Policy on Returns

Products purchased online are returnable within 15 days of delivery. We accept return of your purchases in case if the product doesn’t meet your satisfaction and the below conditions are met.

    1. It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession;

    1. The product is not different from what was shipped to you;

    1. The product is returned in original condition (with MRP tag, brand’s/manufacturer’s box and original packaging)

Policy on Cancellation

You can cancel your order or a part of your order online on our site grabmany.com before it has been processed. If it has already been dispatched, you can wait for it to arrive and then refuse the delivery. Once you have cancelled an order, your refund will be credited to your card, bank account or wallet once we have finished processing the cancellation.
